Provided by the present application are a cloud platform and a cloud service-based program code processing method, said method comprising the following steps: a cloud platform can receive program code of a tenant and process same, specifically comprising the following steps: a cloud platform obtaining program code of a tenant, the program code comprising a first token and subroutine code; the first token being used for indicating configuration information of a virtual instance running the subroutine code; the cloud platform creating or selecting one or a plurality of first virtual instances according to the first token; the cloud platform sending the subroutine code to one or a plurality of first virtual instances, respectively; the cloud platform receiving a first run result obtained from each of the one or plurality of first virtual instances running the subroutine code. The described approach can enhance the experience of a programmer using cloud resources for program development.
