A single membrane platform system for the detection of M. oryzae in rice seeds, comprising:a variety of LAMP reagent adsorption discs for the collection of genomic DNA of M. oryzae;an integrated sample chamber to accommodate the multitude of LAMP reagent adsorption discs with genomic DNA;a reaction chamber connected to the integrated sample chamber having at least nine reaction deflections cut from a polycarbonate film; anda detection chamber containing a plurality of fuchsin-dyed strips for the detection of M. Oryzae genomeina rice seed in determining the color change of the strips.
