A system for the development of solar cell based nanofibers for intelligent nanotextiles, where the system includes:a carbon fiber yarn layer produced by electrospinning, taking into account the carbon fiber yarns which are mechanically strong and thermally stable and have considerable electrical conductivity;an atomically thin 2D MX2 layer, considered a photoactive semiconductor, is applied to the prepared carbon fibre yarns by means of a chemical vapor deposition process;an annealing device to improve the crystalline quality and electrical properties of the prepared layers of 2D MX2 photoactive carbon fiber yarns by annealing at 750°C for one hour;a graphene layer as Schottky barrier contact for separating changes and collecting holes from the photoactive 2D-MX2, whereby the graphene layer is applied to the photoactive 2D-MX2 using the chemical vapor deposition method; anda protective unit for applying a final protective capsule to the layers.
