The present invention relates to the technical field of nuclear security and nuclear system detection, and in particular to a total gas content measurement apparatus for a pressurized water reactor nuclear primary loop, comprising a shielding protective cover, and a sampling assembly and a sample measurement assembly which are detachably connected to the shielding protective cover. The sampling assembly comprises: a sampling bottle; a valve I connected to one opening of the sampling bottle by means of a pipe; a valve II connected to the other opening of the sampling bottle by means of a pipe; a first female quick connector connected to the valve I by means of a pipe; a second female quick connector connected to the valve II by means of a pipe; and a balancing pipe having one end connected to a pipe located between the valve I and the first female quick connector and the other end connected to a pipe located between the valve II and the second female quick connector. The total gas content measurement apparatus of the present application is convenient to disassemble/assemble and convenient to carry, can quickly perform sampling and accurately measure the total gas content of a primary loop, and can effectively be used for measuring the gas content of a coolant in a primary loop.
