Disclosed is a synchronized track-switching apparatus used for routine testing of a variable gauge wheelset, comprising a guide rail slide platform, a rocker arm central-shaft base, a rocker arm, an actuator, and left and right linkage-rod force measurement apparatuses having identical structures; the guide rail slide platform is mounted on a test bench base, and is provided with sliding left and right wheel support platforms; the rocker arm central-shaft base is mounted on the test bench base, and is located between the left and right wheel support platforms, on which the rocker arm is mounted by means of a pin; the actuator is mounted on the test bench base and is articulated with the rocker arm to drive the rocker arm to rotate around the pin; the left linkage-rod force measurement apparatus is hingedly connected to the left wheel support platform and the rocker arm, respectively; the right linkage-rod force measurement apparatus is hingedly connected to the right wheel support platform and the rocker arm, respectively; the distance from the position of hinged connection of the rocker arm to the left linkage-rod force measurement apparatus and the distance from the position of hinged connection of the rocker arm to the right linkage-rod force measurement apparatus are the same. The synchronized track-switching apparatus ensures that the two wheels of a variable gauge wheelset change tracks synchronously.
