A method for constructing a high-precision point cloud map, comprising: receiving first sensor data sent by a terminal (101) ; determining whether the first sensor data meets a data eligibility determination rule (104); when the first sensor data meets the data eligibility determination rule, obtaining second sensor data according to sensor data (105); constructing a point cloud map according to the second sensor data (106), the point cloud map comprising first positioning data; and when the point cloud map meets accuracy conditions, distortion conditions, smoothness conditions, continuity conditions and complete conditions, determining that the point cloud map passes verification (112). The method for constructing the high-precision point cloud map improves the quality of the point cloud map, and may construct multiple point cloud map tasks at the same time. Also provided are a device, a computer-readable storage medium, a computer server and a mobile tool.
