METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TREATING RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS WITH THE DRUG OLOKIZUMAB

The invention relates to the field of medicine, and more particularly to genetics and rheumatology, and is intended for predicting the response to olokizumab therapy using an epigenetic marker panel. The present method includes determining the level of expression of the following epigenetic markers in blood plasma obtained from a patient with rheumatoid arthritis: miR-26b, miR-451, miR-522. In the event of the following values: miR-26b < -13.92, miR-451 < -12.08, miR-522 < -17.46, an effective clinical response to olokizumab therapy is predicted. The technical result of the proposed invention is that of making it possible to predict the effectiveness of treating rheumatoid arthritis with the drug olokizumab.
