To provide a recovery technique of a component to be recovered which has a low contamination risk by utilizing a diffusion phenomenon.SOLUTION: A component recovery mechanism comprises: a recovery part which recovers a component to be recovered from a subject; and a diffusion adjusting part which adjusts a diffusion rate of the component to be recovered from the subject to the recovery part. The diffusion adjusting part changes a diffusion rate of the component to be recovered from the subject to the recovery part correspondingly to changes of at least one environmental parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
