The present invention relates to a molecular marker capable of specifically detecting Japanese encephalitis virus and its use. Using the molecular marker according to the present invention, it is possible to detect Japanese encephalitis virus specifically and efficiently within a short time. Therefore, it is thought that it is possible to block the spread of an infectious disease through early diagnosis when an infectious disease occurs.
