The present invention relates to a self-powered tactile sensor using impedance matching of a single electrode triboelectric generator. An object of the present invention is to be suitable for application to a device such as an electronic skin, the power supply unit and the sensing unit constituting the tactile sensor are integrally formed so that the power supply unit supplies power to the sensing unit connected to itself in one tactile sensor. An object of the present invention is to provide a self-powered tactile sensor using impedance matching of an electrode triboelectric generator.
