To provide a Japanese input keyboard that can be used by patients who can perform mental activities but can barely move their bodies and can move their eyes.SOLUTION: The Japanese input keyboard for a critically ill patient includes: an integrated first communication board 100 in which letters forming Japanese words and numbers are divided in a predetermined numbers in division display windows 110 to 160; and a fine letter communication board including alphabets or numbers in the division display windows. The patient selects a window that shows intended information from the Japanese input keyboard presented by motions of pupils, and a guardian can communicate with the patient by connecting selected letters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
