According to the present invention, a character input keyboard for patient with an advanced disease may comprise: an integrated keyboard in which all consonants and numbers are divided and arranged in a predetermined number on a plurality of divided display windows; a detailed keyboard in which the consonants included in the divided display windows are arranged; a vowel whole keyboard in which all vowels are divided and arranged in a predetermined number on a plurality of vowel display windows; and a vowel detailed keyboard in which the vowels included in the vowel display window are arranged. A patient may select a window in which information intended in the character input keyboard presented through movement of pupils of the patient is presented, and a guardian may communicate with the patient by combining the selected consonants and vowels and combining words intended by the patient.
