The present invention relates to multifunctional mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles and a method for manufacturing the same, and to a method for manufacturing mesoporous bioglass nanoparticles, nanoparticles prepared thereby and use thereof, and specifically a) cetyltrimethylammonium bromide; preparing a mixture by dissolving 2-methoxyethanol, ethanol and aqueous ammonia in water; b) adding calcium nitrate, tetraethyl orthosilicate and 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane to the mixture and stirring; c) obtaining particles resulting from said addition and stirring; and d) heat-treating the particles at 350 to 450° C., to a method for preparing mesoporous bioglass nanoparticles, comprising: mesoporous bioglass nanoparticles prepared by the method, and a composition using the nanoparticles.
