PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule composite preparation containing both tadalafil and tamsulosin having excellent stability and dissolution rate of an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This is a capsule composite preparation containing tadalafil or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and tamthrosin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and the capsule composite preparation has a surface as a coating base. Provided are a capsule composite preparation containing a film coating layer containing PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) or a PVA-containing copolymer, and a method for producing the same.
