To make it possible to share accumulated technical knowledge using a causal relation model.SOLUTION: A technical information sharing system includes: a model construction unit constructing, to a causal relation model constructed based on quality index data indicating an index to manage manufacturing quality and performance evaluation index data indicating an index of manufacturing performance, a partial model to which incidental information to identify a production resource that may change structure of the causal relation model is added; and a model consolidation unit constructing an integrated model consolidating the partial model based on the incidental information added to the partial model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
