State of the art wells or wells are designed in their design heavy and large dimensions. They are made of stainless steel or precast concrete elements. These wells require lifting and earthmoving machines for installation. As a rule, these are bottomless and do not have a waterproof introduction to accommodate the well pipe and must be poured with concrete after installation in the ground area around the well pipe. This makes well construction even more expensive for the customer and makes construction work more difficult for the well builder.The present invention relates to a compact, preferably made of plastic, ready-to-connect well room (consisting of an earth shaft 1 and an attached hood 2),which makes it possible to carry out a watertight well closure above or below GOK 3 in accordance with the rules of technology. The earth shaft 1 is inserted through a rubber lip seal 6 embedded in the earth shaft bottom over the well pipe 7 and partly buried in the ground. Rubber lip seal 6 holds well pipe 7 waterproof in earth shaft bottom 1 and prevents water penetration from below into wellstube. The shaft wall protruding over the upper edge of the terrain 3 prevents the penetration of surface water. The attachable and lockable hood 2 protects the well technology from rain and unauthorized access. The Brunnenstube offers under the hood the possibility to install the well and irrigation technology in one installation location.The ready-to-connect well room is used for irrigation and drinking water wells or groundwater measuring points.
