An electric oil pump for an automotive gearbox clutch engagement comprises: a temperature sensor that measures a temperature of an oil fed to an oil supply target that concerns an automotive gearbox clutch engagement; an oil pump drive engine; a current determining part which determines a current value output to the oil pump drive motor at a predetermined current value determined such that the oil pump drive motor is able to be driven without stopping in a case where the temperature is less than or equal to a predetermined temperature;where a torque of the oil pump drive motor becomes less than a load of the oil pump drive motor; and an oil pump that feeds oil to the oil supply target through the oil pump drive motor driven on the basis of the determined current value.
