摘要

The use of a low-thermal-diffusivity low-frictional-coefficient low-thermal-conductivity low-thermal-expansion silicon nitride glass composite material in an engine, wherein the silicon nitride glass composite material comprises glass powder particles and silicon nitride powder particles; the glass powder particles are bonded to and cover the silicon nitride ceramic powder particles by means of sintering; the composite material has a thermal expansion rate equal to or less than 6.5(×10-6/ºC) during rising from 0-40ºC to 860ºC, a softening temperature of more than 860ºC, and a total content of silicon nitride of 20-90%; the content of glass and silicon-based crystalline materials is 8-80%; and the glass powder particles have an aluminium oxide content of 4-54%, a magnesium oxide content of 0-15%, a silicon oxide content of 30-82%, a calcium oxide content of 0-15%, and a boron oxide content of 0-15%. The present invention can greatly save energy, reduce carbon emissions, improve thermal efficiency, and effectively slow down global climate warming.
