The atomization core (100) comprises a ceramic base body (1), wherein the ceramic base body (1) is provided with a first face and a second face arranged opposite each other; an air return structure is provided between the first face and the second face; and at least one of the first face and the second face is provided with at least one heating body (101, 102). The ceramic base body (1) is provided with the first face and the second face arranged opposite each other, the air return structure is arranged between the first face and the second face, the ceramic has slow air return, and an atomization liquid needs to be adsorbed in the ceramic base body (1). According to the design of the air return structure, the outside air flows back into a liquid storage cavity of the atomizer by means of the air return structure, which can counteract the negative pressure in the liquid storage cavity, such that the air pressure in the liquid storage cavity is kept consistent with the atmospheric pressure, so as to accelerate the flow of the atomization liquid into the ceramic base body (1).
