The present invention relates to a separator for an air-cooled fuel cell and an air-cooled fuel cell including the same, and more particularly, to a cooling air flow in a direction parallel to the hydrogen air flow, and a plurality of cooling plates from both sides toward the center. Separator plate for air-cooled fuel cell with improved cooling performance to ensure sufficient performance and lifespan by ensuring the durability of the fuel cell through the formation of air flow to alleviate temperature non-uniformity and suppress temperature rise and to an air-cooled fuel cell including the same.
