Disclosed are a catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction, a method for preparing the same, and a method for reducing oxygen using the same. The catalyst is a titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) nanotube composite doped with a first metal; and nanoparticles supported on the surface of the titanium dioxide nanotube composite and including a second metal. The catalyst of the present invention is structurally stable by using a metal-doped titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) nanotube as a support, and has an excellent effect of oxygen reduction reaction activity by improving the electrochemically active surface area. In addition, the catalyst of the present invention can lower the cost with a lower loading amount than the platinum loading of the conventional carbon support catalyst, and has an effect of high durability.
