The present disclosure relates to a humanized antibody having excellent binding affinity to digoxigenin and uses thereof. When the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof specifically recognizing digoxigenin according to one aspect of the present disclosure is used, the concentration of the drug in the human body is adjusted as necessary through the complex (DOligobody) comprising the same, or the drug is administered in vivo. It is expected to increase the half-life.
