Provided is an integrated management system that comprises a registration unit, a feedback data acquisition unit, and a feedback data provision unit. The registration unit registers a plurality of production management systems that each manage a target production step from among a plurality of production steps for producing a product from a raw material in association with the sequence of the plurality of production steps. On the basis of the quality of a target product that is the product of a target production step, the feedback data acquisition unit acquires feedback data for evaluating production factors at an upstream production step that is a step upstream of the target production step from at least one of the plurality of production management systems. On the basis of the sequence, the feedback data provision unit provides the feedback data to an upstream production management system that manages the upstream production step.
