The present invention relates to a method for producing extracellular vesicles by using cellular spheroids, wherein droplets including a heat-sensitive hydrogel, an ionic solution, and cells are dispensed into an ionic crosslinked hydrogel to form core-shell structures, and the cellular spheroids are prepared inside the structure. The method comprises: a step of preparing a first composition containing a heat-sensitive hydrogel dissolved in an ionic solution, and cells; a dispensing step of discharging the first composition into a second hydrogel; a step of forming core-shell structures by allowing a second hydrogel to react with the ion solution, along the outer circumferences of drops of the first composition discharged into the second hydrogel, to form crosslinked hydrogel films; a step of changing temperatures so as for the heat-sensitive hydrogel within the crosslinked hydrogel film to convert from the gel phase to a liquid phase; and allowing the cells to settle and aggregate into cellular spheroids as the inside of the crosslinked hydrogel film is converted into a liquid phase, whereby the cellular spheroids thus prepared can be utilized for producing extracellular vesicles.
