PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste composition excellent in dispersion stability and coatability, a conductive film composition obtained by using the conductive paste composition, and its use. A conductive paste composition containing a polymer component (A), resin particles (B), a conductive material (C), and a liquid medium (D), said particles (B). A conductive paste composition composed of an outer shell made of a thermoplastic resin and an organic compound contained therein.
