PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ortho-coumaric acid derivative exhibiting an anti-inflammatory effect mediated by a desmoglein 1 increasing action and a method for producing the same. Ortho-coumaric acid, one molecule of phenolic compound and one molecule of psicose. The molecular formula is C23H26O9 and the molecular weight is 446.5. The production method comprises the steps of fermenting murasakikibu and gold powder with lactic acid bacilli as raw materials. It exhibits anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects through the effect of increasing desmoglein 1, and is used in cosmetics for the purpose of suppressing inflammation and proliferating skin epidermal cells.
