PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a space without waiting for the scheduled usage period by reservation. SOLUTION: A touch panel 101 that accepts input of a unique identification code for each reservation and displays information such as availability in a private room type booth 1 and an external management server 2 are used in cooperation with the booth. An in-booth control device 10 to be managed is provided. When the control unit 100 of the in-booth control device 10 receives the identification code unique to the reservation before the start of the scheduled use period based on the reservation, the time length until the start of the scheduled use period is a predetermined upper limit value. It is determined whether the first condition that the planned usage period is not exceeded and the second condition that another reservation including the scheduled usage period is not registered before the start of the scheduled usage period are satisfied, and both are satisfied.
