PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient and accurate identification of a treatment method in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, and to improve treatment accuracy. SOLUTION: The treatment selected based on a patient's symptom from a treatment template associated with a symptom to be treated for acupuncture and moxibustion, a treatment site for the symptom, and treatment information indicating a treatment performed at the treatment site.
