PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of quickly detecting food allergens with high accuracy and suppressing false positive reaction even with food that contains burned wheat flour.;SOLUTION: An immuno-chromatography detects allergens based on whether there is accumulation of colloidal gold or not after developing a developing solution on a developing support by using a developing solution containing: a colloidal gold-labeled antibody formed by bonding colloidal gold to a monoclonal antibody against denatured and native allergens; a developing support on which a monoclonal antibody against a denatured and native allergens for recognizing epitope different from the colloidal gold-labeled antibody is fixed at a prescribed position; and a measuring sample of the denatured and native allergens extracted from a sample to be inspected, such as food containing allergens. A method for detecting allergens by immuno-chromatography uses a lyophilized reagent containing the colloidal gold-labeled antibody, sulfite salt and/or cysteine for preparation of the developing solution.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
