Disclosed in the present invention is a method for using a super/subcritical fluid to remove volatile compounds from a foam, comprising the following steps: a foam block to be treated is placed in an extraction kettle, a critical flow medium is fed into the extraction kettle, extraction is performed under a supercritical condition or a subcritical condition of the critical flow medium, and after extraction is complete, pressure is reduced to ordinary pressure, and then separation is performed to obtain a devolatilized foam. A devolatilization apparatus used in the present invention is a supercritical extraction device, and may use static extraction, dynamic extraction, or a combination of the two. During static extraction, CO2 and a foam to be treated in the described apparatus are in contact for mass transfer for a certain period of time, after which pressure is released in a separation kettle. During dynamic extraction and devolatilization, CO2 passes through a devolatilization apparatus or an extraction apparatus at a certain flow rate, so as to cause volatile organic compounds in a foam to be carried out of the devolatilization apparatus with the CO2. In the present invention, a supercritical fluid is used to remove residual volatile organic compounds from a foam to obtain a foam of standard-meeting quality. The method is green, efficient, low cost, and easy to apply in industry.
