Problem to be solved: the present invention relates to a field of an organic inorganic hybrid perovskite material, and provides a ruddlesden pump type two-dimensional hybrid perovskite film having gradient structure and a method of manufacturing the same.The film can be deposited from a precursor solution containing two kinds of spacer cations by solution spin coating.This film is composed of large crystal grains grown in an orientation, and has a high quality, good carrier transport characteristic, and has a gradient structure characteristic wherein one of the spacer cations is concentrated on the film surface, and is advantageous in obtaining good moisture resistance stability.This is very important to produce high performance hybrid perovskite optoelectronic devices by solution method.Diagram
