PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural irrigation and reuse ecosystem for treating initial stormwater and return water to agricultural land. An ecological system is composed of four subsystems: a wastewater collection system, a wastewater treatment system, a farmland irrigation and reuse system, and a river ecological replenishment system. A system that extracts rich nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus contained in tail water, recycles tail water, and reduces agricultural production costs. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
