Disclosed is an organic wastewater treatment method based on a multi-element co-doped TiO2 nano photocatalytic material, comprising: preparing a sulfur-titanium dioxide mixture; performing a hydrothermal reaction on the sulfur-titanium dioxide mixture, copper chloride, ammonia, a strong base, a transition metal salt, and the like; then enabling a reaction product to react with hydrofluoric acid; then performing temperature programming heat treatment in air to obtain a multi-element co-doped TiO2 nano photocatalytic material; and then treating organic wastewater by using the multi-element co-doped TiO2 nano photocatalytic material under the irradiation of visible light. The organic wastewater treatment method provided by the present application is efficient, quick, safe and environment-friendly, multiple types of organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, and the like can be thoroughly degraded, secondary pollution cannot be caused, the used multi-element co-doped TiO2 nano photocatalytic material can be regenerated and recycled only by simple calcination, and costs are low.
