The present invention relates to the technical field of immunoregulation, and in particular to an algal polysaccharide composition, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. Provided is the algal polysaccharide composition, which is composed of a spirulina polysaccharide, an ulva polysaccharide, laminarin, a durvillaea polysaccharide, and a porphyridium polysaccharide. The algal polysaccharide composition is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 22%-26% of the spirulina polysaccharide; 36%-40% of the ulva polysaccharide; 12%-16% of the laminarin; 14%-16% of the durvillaea polysaccharide; and 6%-12% of the porphyridium polysaccharide. Provided are the algal polysaccharide composition and the preparation method therefor, and provided is an immunoregulation product which has no toxicity and side effects, and is high in quality and low in price.
