A packaging device in which the X-band 16-channel transmission/reception module 200 of the phased array radar system and the X-band 16-channel transmission/reception module 100 of the phased array radar system are integrated includes: a 16-channel transmission/reception module 200 having 16 channels; and a sub-array module 100 for controlling and driving the 16-channel transceiver module 200, wherein the 16-channel transceiver module 200 is integrally coupled to a lower portion of the sub-array module 100. In an embodiment of the present invention, the X-band 16 channel of a phased array radar system to which a transceiver module and a sub-array module for driving the transceiver module are integrally combined, and a frame device for efficiently transferring the heat dissipation characteristics of the transceiver module to an external device is applied. It is possible to provide a packaging device in which the transceiver module 200 and the sub-array module are integrated.
