A garden flower and plant transplanting tool, comprising a handle (1) that extends downward. A fixing spade fork (2) is provided on the bottom of the handle (1) and comprises at least two forked tines (21); a fixing gripping device (3) is further provided on the handle (1) and is provided above the fixing spade fork (2); the fixing gripping device (3) comprises fixing grips (31) and gripping members (32); the gripping members (32) are of an arc-shaped structure; one fixing grip (31) and one gripping member (32) of the fixing gripping device (3) are of an integrated structure; a bent part is formed between the fixing grip (31) and the gripping member (32); the two fixing grips (31) and the gripping members (32) of the fixing gripping device (3) are fixed together by means of pins; the two fixing grips (31) are connected by means of a grip spring (33), the two gripping members (32) are connected by means of a gripping member spring (34), and multiple gripping teeth (35) are provided on the inner sides of the gripping members (32); and one side of the fixing gripping device (3) is fixed to the fixing grips (31). The garden flower and plant transplanting tool is simple in structure and easy to use during transplanting.
