The voltage conversion circuit (12) performs voltage conversion on input direct current commutated by the power interface (11), to generate a first power supply voltage. Upon receiving a first trigger signal, the control circuit (13) controls, according to the first trigger signal, the electrolysis circuit (14) to electrolyze saline solution according to the input direct current, and controls the ultrasonic oscillation circuit (15) to disperse the electrolyzed saline solution into mist according to the first power supply voltage. Because the movable ultrasonic electrolytic water treatment circuit uses the input direct current commutated by the power interface (11) as a power source, and the input direct current can be supplied by a mobile power source such as a power bank, the function that the ultrasonic electrolytic water treatment circuit can be carried outdoors for use is achieved.
