The present invention is a video call-based authentication monitoring method using a neural network, comprising the steps of: receiving a user's face image or ID image; receiving counseling data of a counselor for non-face-to-face authentication during the video call; calculating a prediction result for each identification element included in the received facial image or ID image through a neural network; comparing the calculated prediction result with the counselor's counseling data; and requesting the examination of the consultation data according to the comparison result. According to the present invention, the authentication rate of non-face-to-face authentication using non-face-to-face video call and the quality of counseling service can be improved by monitoring the counseling contents in real time while the counselor's counseling service is in progress.
