The present invention relates to a rolling reliability evaluation apparatus for a rollable display, and it is possible to accurately measure the light transmittance and haze values in real time while repeating the rolling operation by easily mounting the rollable display substrate without damage. The present invention provides a head roller capable of repeatedly performing a rolling operation of winding and releasing the display substrate around its outer circumferential surface while holding and supporting one end of the rollable display substrate; a variable support for repeatedly performing advancing and retreating operations in response to the rolling motion of the head roller while holding and supporting the other end of the display substrate in response to the head roller; a light source irradiating light toward one surface of the display substrate; and a camera installed to measure light transmittance and haze values from the opposite side of the light source around the display substrate.
