METHOD FOR COMPLEX GROUP REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA

To do this, against the background of psychopharmacotherapy, additional aerofitotherapy sessions are carried out. An aerosol of clary sage essential oil is sprayed at a concentration of 2.5-3.0 mg/m3 per 1 cubic meter of the room for the procedure. During the first seven minutes of the aerofitotherapy session, breathing exercises are carried out according to the following algorithm: five seconds - inhalation, three seconds - pause, five seconds - exhalation, three seconds - pause. When performing breathing exercises, the patient is advised to use diaphragmatic breathing. The musical accompaniment of the session is carried out by listening to the compositions of Mozart. The duration of the session is 30 minutes. A session is carried out two hours after the morning drug intake.
