A system for determining a cancer therapy reaction by means of a radiomics feature. The system comprises: a synthesis unit for matching a positioning image of a patient with a timing image during a course of treatment, mapping data of the positioning image to the timing image during the course of treatment, and dividing a selected part of the timing image into a plurality of corresponding areas of interest; an acquisition unit for extracting, from a patient image, a radiomics feature with stability; and an analysis unit for assessing, along with a therapy progress, a therapy reaction of the patient according to a variation trend of a radiomics feature parameter in the areas of interest. The system uses a timing radiomics feature value that has a high stability and repeatability and changes obviously along with therapy fractions and an accumulated dose, and obtains early individualized prediction of the occurrence of tumor recurrence and metastasis or normal tissue radiation damage, such that the tumor control probability is improved, and the risk of normal tissue radiation damage and the risk of tumor recurrence and metastasis are reduced.
