摘要

The present invention provides a continuous synthesis method for ethyl piperidine-4-carboxylate, and an application of the continuous synthesis method. The continuous synthesis method comprises: dispersing a mixture of ethyl pyridine-4-carboxylate and hydrogen to form small droplets having a particle size of 50 nm to 5 mm as a reaction raw material; and continuously inputting the reaction raw material into a fixed bed reactor for catalytic hydrogenation reaction, and continuously discharging ethyl piperidine-4-carboxylate. According to the forced dispersion process, the reaction raw material can be subjected to high-performance mass transfer in the catalytic hydrogenation reaction process, so that the full reaction degree of the reaction raw material can be improved, the reaction time can be shortened, and yield and purity of ethyl piperidine-4-carboxylate can be improved. Compared with batch reaction, the continuous synthesis method achieves less amount of the reaction raw material in unit time and a small area occupied by a reaction device, and has advantages in heat exchange and in improving pressure bearing of the device, thereby greatly reducing device investment cost and greatly reducing the safety risk caused by use of a large amount of hydrogen gas.
