Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of communications, and provide a method and system for docking a multi-operator core network with an MEC, capable of realizing the docking of the MEC system to 5G core networks of different operators. The method comprises: an AF of an MEC queries to obtain a core network entry of an operator pointed by a request message according to locally stored associated information or configuration information; the AF of the MEC sends the request message to a NEF, and the NEF stores the received request message in a UDR; a PCF receives a notification of data change from the UDR and updates a PCC rule of an SMF; and the SMF reconfigures a user plane of a PDU session after receiving the updated PCC rule from the PCF. The present invention is suitable for docking the MEC system to the 5G core network.
