PERIPHERAL BLOOD TCR MARKER FOR CERVICAL CANCER, AND TEST KIT AND APPLICATION THEREOF

Disclosed in the present invention are a peripheral blood TCR marker for a cervical cancer, and a test kit and an application thereof. The marker comprises at least one of proteins shown in sequences SEQ ID NO.1-100. In the present invention, on the basis of a high-throughput sequencing method, only a small amount of peripheral blood needs to be taken to extract an RNA; an immune map library is established by means of processing of a sample; and then, a characteristic TCR sequence in peripheral blood of the cervical cancer is first determined by means of high-throughput sequencing and TCR data analysis, and a test result of a sample to be tested is then compared with the characteristic TCR sequence, thereby determining whether there is a cervical cancer. According to the present invention, a large amount of cervical cancer-specific TCR sequences can be simultaneously compared, and compared with individually testing one or several markers, the present invention has higher specificity and accuracy, thereby improving the diagnosis efficiency.
