The present invention relates to a laparoscopic surgery instrument that does not require a trocar, the laparoscopic surgery instrument comprising: a first part inserted into the body of the abdominal cavity and provided with a surgical instrument; and a second part placed outside the body of the abdominal cavity and coupled to the first part to manipulate the operation state of the surgical instrument, wherein the first part and the second part are primarily coupled to each other by magnetic force while the first part is inserted into the body.
