This blast furnace stove device (1) has: a blast furnace stove (4) which performs an air blowing operation for blowing hot air to a blast furnace (2) and a combustion operation for combusting fuel gas within the blast furnace stove; a fuel gas supply line (5) through which BFG obtained from the blast furnace (2) is supplied as a fuel gas to the blast furnace stove (4); and a blower (52) which is disposed in the fuel gas supply line (5) so as to boost the pressure of the BFG. The fuel gas supply line (5) extracts the BFG from the downstream side of a furnace-top pressure recovery facility (35) in a furnace-top gas recovery line (3) for extracting the BFG from a furnace top (21) of the blast furnace (2). Motive power for the blower (52) is supplied from an exhaust air pressure recovery facility (441) which recovers exhaust pressure and exhaust heat from exhaust gas of the blast furnace stove (4) during the combustion operation.
