The present invention relates to a system and method for providing a template for writing a business document. The present invention provides a system for providing a template for writing a business document to a user, allowing the user to select a design and template of a business document form such as a business plan, proposal, etc., and receiving and storing the contents to be written in the selected template distributed storage server; a template providing server for creating business documents that transmits the contents stored in the distributed storage server to a database of a user's PC and terminal, and provides the stored template; and a template providing system for creating a business document including a database in which the stored template design, type, icon, and business document for each user are stored. According to the present invention, there is an advantage in that the user can simply create documents in a short time through a simple input operation for all operations such as template design, list configuration, and content configuration.
