PURPOSE: A system for automatically analyzing a real estate right and writing a trade contract through the on-line, method for providing an one-stop service of a real estate trade using the same and a recording medium storing a computer program executing the same are provided to offer the right analysis information and various kinds of services relating to the real estate trade, and to output various kinds of information following to the real estate trade. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a businessman web server(20), an external manager(30), a general user(40), a member store(50), a cooperating businessman, and a real estate information database(24) interconnected with a DBMS(DataBase Management System)(22) controlled by the web server. The web server makes the user access to the database by confirming an access authority of the user connected through the Internet(10), and reconstructs the contents of the database by an internal or the external manager. The web server automatically carries out the information management by installing a web robot to the web server. The web robot reconstructs the database by searching and extracting the selling article information on other cyber space.
