The present invention relates to a charging/discharging device for a secondary battery, comprising: an accommodating structure having a plurality of accommodating spaces and having a wiring duct disposed at one side of the accommodating space; a plurality of charge/discharge boxes installed in each of the plurality of accommodation spaces; an electric wire wired to the wiring duct; and an exhaust fan installed inside the wiring duct, wherein the electric wire is wired to the exhaust duct to pass outside the exhaust fan. In addition, it is possible to additionally install an insulating panel together with the exhaust fan inside the wiring duct. With this configuration, when the activation process of the secondary battery is performed, heat generated by wiring or the like does not affect the inside of the charging/discharging box, so that the internal temperature can be uniformly controlled and managed.
