The present invention is an unmanned method that maximizes the efficiency of irrigation and fertilization by supplying water and fertilizer to the soil using a pipe buried in the ground to prevent loss of moisture and to automatically irrigate or fertilize according to the condition of soil and plants. It is an object to provide an irrigation and fertilization system and method.
